1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment or confirmation (for Cash on Delivery orders).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, Eid seasons, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.


2. Shipping and Delivery Timeline

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as Leopard Courier, TCS, and M&P.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (as per current promotions).

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Any additional re-delivery or address correction charges will be the customer’s responsibility.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across most cities in Pakistan.

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the parcel.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in suspension of COD service for that customer.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier’s official website.


6. International Shipping

Currently, Masurry Clothing Brand ships within Pakistan only.
For international delivery requests, please contact our customer service team — we may be able to arrange special shipping at additional cost.


7. Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If your parcel is not delivered within the expected time, please contact us with your order number.

  • We will coordinate with the courier to locate your shipment.

  • Masurry Clothing Brand is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues beyond our control.
