Masurry Clothing – Exchange Policy

At Masurry Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer an exchange policy under the following terms:

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🔁 What Can Be Exchanged

  • Size issues

  • Design or article (subject to availability)

  • Faulty or damaged item (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos)

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Customized or stitched orders

  • Items damaged due to misuse or washing

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Customer bears both return and re-delivery shipping charges, unless the item is defective or wrong article was sent by Masurry Clothing.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp/Instagram within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share order details and reason for exchange

  3. Send us a comprehensive video or article

  4. Send the item back after approval

  5. Exchange will be dispatched after quality check

  • We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are available.
